Returns Policy:

Proof of purchase is required for your item(s) to be eligible to be returned, we require your item where possible to be returned in its original packaging and unused. To return a product please get in touch via email at gr8vape@outlook.com

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED –

We offer, Replacement and Credit notes on faulty returns.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your Returns to be processed once it has been received.

Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via e-mail to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved we will contact you to confirm the return option.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should send your product to: Gr8 Vape, Unit 7 Grand Union Enterprise Park, Southall, UB2 4EX. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
